DINING EXPERIENCE
Frankie Boyle and Hannah Musante | ST.ART Gallery | Oxford Circus, London
An immersive dining experience for the mind, eyes and mouth! I had the pleasure of bringing my artistic practice to life in an intimate immersive dining experience, collaborating with the amazing chef Hannah Musante, who transported the theme of my artwork into a culinary journey at ST.ART Gallery in Oxford Circus.
The menu was designed to reflect my exploration of light, our biological connection to the Earth, and the organic forms that surround us, creating a dialogue between flavour and visual art. Each course was a reflection of the primal connection we have to light and nature, exploring perception and transformation. From the delicate interplay of light and textures to the vibrant ingredients, the flavours on the palate shifted, mirroring the changing hues of the installation and culminating in a beautiful, harmonious finale.
Every detail of the table layout was thoughtfully curated, from artisan-crafted tableware to carefully chosen florals and cutlery, all designed to complement the installation and elevate both the tactile and visual experience. The evening allowed guests to do more than just observe art—they engaged with it through taste, texture, and shared storytelling.
